Jennifer Lopez si-a inceput cariera in anul 1999 cand a lansat albumul "On the 6", album care continea si single-urile de succes "If you had my love" sau "Waiting for tonight". Pentru acest album, Jennifer Lopez a primit discul de platina datorita numarului mare de vanzari.
A urmat un duet cu Marc Anthony, "No me ames", care i-a adus o nominalizare la premiile Grammy si un premiu Billboard Latin Music Awards.
In 2001 artista lanseaza albumul "J.Lo", album de pe care se remarca melodiile: "Love Don't Cost a Thing", "I'm Real", "Play", "Ain't It Funny".
Un an mai tarziu Jennifer lanseaza albumul "This Is Me... Then". Albumul este si el bine primit si de pe el cantareata lanseaza single-urile: "I'm Glad", All I Have", "Jenny from the Block", "You Belong to Me" si "Baby I Love U!".
Dupa o pauza de 3 ani artista revine cu albumul "Rebirth". Urmeaza in 2007 albumul in limba spaniola "Como ama una Mujer". In acelasi an Jennifer Lopez lanseaza si albumul "Brave".
Urmeaza o noua pauza si in 2011 Jennifer revine cu albumul "Love?". De pe acest album artista a lansat single-urile: "On the Floor", "I'm Into You" si "Papi".
